Why are Mass Match member plans yearly?

We've found that with yearly plans, all members can rest assured that their matches are equally committed to finding the "right one". As a member, you'll have time to go slowly without pressure — we will be matching you with new Mass Matchers as they join.

What do you mean by coaching?

Our service is personalized, so this varies from person to person and by membership plan. Depending on your needs and experience, coaching may include the following and more:

• Advice on what to do on your first date with a match.
• Describing you and your best qualities in advance to another member you'll be matched with.
• Working with you to create a self-description that your matches will see.
• Suggestions for your photo.
• Debriefing before and after dates (*with our Enhanced plan).

What if I make or made a mistake on the signup application?

Don't worry. Lanie, your matchmaker, will review it with you and you will choose what information your matches will see.

Who are Mass Matchers?

Mass Matchers represent the wonderful diversity of our country. We have no niche and welcome everyone.

Can I join if I don't live in western Massachusetts?

Yes! Mass Match is also available in neighboring communities of MA, NY, CT, NH, VT and RI.
